DivorceCare is a closed group seminar for those trying to recover from the trauma of divorce. Participants will develop coping skills by learning how to deal with all aspects of their situation in a safe, confidential environment. Topics include:

• What is happening to Me?
• The Road to Healing
• Facing Your Anger
• Facing Your Depression
• Biblical Background
• Financial Survival
• Children
• Forgiveness
• Reconciliation
• New relationships

There is no fee for the seminar. There is a cost for the workbook of $11.00. Child care is provided for those that require it at $2.00 per session. The group meets one night a week for fourteen weeks. There are limited scholarships available for the workbooks.

Participants are asked to sign a confidentiality agreement. It is a closed group, which means that membership will close after the second session. Please call the church at (504) 443-2363, for scheduled meeting times and locations.
